We want you to love your Vintage Mother items. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Size Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this time, we may be unable to make changes if the order has already been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Items that have been worn or washed

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
